If you have 249 photos or fewer, the cost is $0.75 per photo. If you have more than 250 photos, the rate drops to just $0.50 per photo for your entire collection, including the first 249 photos.Your price includes me coming directly to your home to pick up your photos, carefully scanning them, and returning your original photos to you. You can receive your digital photos on a flash drive (typically $10–$20 for the device) or through a cloud service of your choice at no additional delivery cost, provided you supply the necessary login information. If you'd like help learning how to use your cloud service, personalized training sessions are available for $50 per hour.Older photos, slides, and certain special items may incur additional charges, which I'll discuss with you beforehand.Not sure how many photos you have? No problem! I'll visit your home, review your collection, and confirm the final photo count and exact price before you make any decisions. Your estimate is completely free, with absolutely no obligation to move forward.

Step 1: Get a Free EstimateReach out to tell us about your photo collection, ask questions, and receive a free, no-obligation estimate before making any decisions.Step 2: In-Home Pickup & Final QuoteWe'll visit your home to review your collection, confirm the photo count, discuss special requests, and provide your final quote. No packaging or mailing required!Step 3: Agreement & DepositOnce you're ready to move forward, you'll sign a service agreement outlining how your photos will be handled. A 50% deposit is due at pickup, with the remaining balance due when your photos are returned.Step 4: Professional Scanning & Digital DeliveryWe'll carefully scan your photos using high-quality equipment. Choose Google Photos for easy access, searching, and sharing, or a USB flash drive for local storage.Step 5: Photo Return & Final PaymentWe'll personally return your original photos along with your digital copies, ensuring your memories are back where they belong. The remaining 50% balance is collected upon return.
